The discussion covered a variety of topics, including company culture, developing leaders, instilling values and corporate branding.

Beta Gamma Sigma will influence discussion about and the practice of ethical business behavior by gathering information about ethical business leadership and disseminating that information in useful ways to its alumni and collegiate members and chapters and to the broader business community world-wide.


Beta Gamma Sigma will become a premier global resource for information and ideas about effective ethical business leadership. Its efforts will establish BGS as a significant force in the field whose impact and reputation will be both profound and global in scope and relevance.
